This Refund Policy applies to Quiks web and mobile purchases offered by Tech Solution Providers Ltd.
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date for one-time purchases, or within 14 days of the most recent renewal date for subscription renewals.
Web purchases are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. To request a refund for a web purchase, customers should use their Paddle receipt, billing email, or visit paddle.net.
Mobile purchases may be processed by the relevant app marketplace or billing provider. Refunds for those purchases may need to be requested through the applicable marketplace or provider.
If a refund is issued, access to the related premium service, entitlement, or subscription may be removed or discontinued.
